By creating an account or using Rose Petals (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use Rose Petals. The app is intended for adults and contains mature, sexually themed content. You confirm you meet this requirement when you sign up.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Rose Petals helps two consenting partners privately explore intimacy: record personal boundaries, link with a partner after mutual consent, discover shared interests, and generate scene ideas and messages. It is a communication and inspiration tool, not medical, psychological, or safety advice.
Everything in Rose Petals is built around consent. You agree to use it only with a partner who has independently consented, to respect stated boundaries and hard limits at all times, and to treat anything shared with you as private. Consent within the app is not a substitute for ongoing, real-world consent and communication between you and your partner.
You agree not to use the app to harass, coerce, or harm anyone; to involve any minor in any way; to share another person's private information without consent; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
Some content (scene suggestions, flirty lines, answers) is generated by AI from the activities you and your partner are both open to. AI output may be imperfect and is provided as inspiration only. You are responsible for deciding what you actually do. Suggestions are constrained to mutually-agreed activities and never include anything either partner ruled out, but you should always exercise your own judgment and safety practices.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to operate the app for you and your linked partner.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
